Just about every week I receive a call from someone saying that their last carpet cleaning experience was terrible and that I came highly recommended.  Recently I cleaned for a long time customer who told me that another company had hit their subdivision pretty hard by going door to door offering free estimates which resulted in them getting quite a few jobs, but afterwards, most of the homeowners were complaining to one another about how dissatisfied they were.  One lady came over to my client actually in tears; saying that her carpet doesn’t even look much cleaner and still isn’t dry after two days.
