STEP 1:  DUSTING Dusting is the most important step when cleaning a rug and removes the vast majority of dirt.  Rugs move through the machine face down while beater bars gently knock out the loose dirt.

STEP 2:  VACUUMING  Vacuuming is done to remove the remaining loose dirt.

STEP 3:  WASHING  Washing is done using a shampoo scrubber with a neutral ph detergent.  Fringe is cleaned by hand.

STEP 4:  RINSING  Rugs move through the Automated Rug Washer which has been converted to rinse only and has a wringer at the end.

STEP 5:  GROOMING  Grooming is done to set the nap and assist in drying.

STEP 6:  DRYING  Rugs are then hung in our temperature/humidity controlled dry room.
